Objectives
On completion of this module, students should be able to make an original and valuable contribution to knowledge and understanding of an aspect of the subject with which the module is concerned; and, in doing so, acquire the requisite skills of locating and interpreting relevant primary and secondary source material, collating and analysing evidence and presenting research findings in a lucid and coherent form.Learning outcomes
The development of critical self-understanding about methods and resources for analysis, writing and research in the specific domains of the MA programme.
Knowledge of a specific area of research defined by the student with the support of their supervisor.
