Objectives
1. To develop an understanding of the concepts associated with projects and project management;2. To increase understanding of the relationships between projects, organisations and stakeholders;
3. To promote competence in using tools and techniques relevant to scope, integration and risk management.

2. Apply management tools/techniques for identifying project risk;
3. Apply management tools/techniques for managing project scope and integration.
4. Select strategies for project team development;
5. Apply management tools/techniques to assess project success and failure.
