To provide an understanding of the complexities of businesses operating in construction environments.Learning outcomes

Syllabus
Business models in the context of construction, strategic management, financial assessment and cash flow, risk analysis in business, multi-project environments, whole life approaches, professions, ethics and corporate responsibility.
