Objectives
On completion of this module students should have acquired a range of advanced skills in reading and writing Chinese, and in two-way translation between Chinese and English.Learning outcomes
To write Chinese fluently and accurately in all language tasks and, in translation between English and Chinese, to use both languages accurately, with correct spelling and grammar.
Syllabus
This module will provide students with intensive training and pracitcal exercises in the following areas: writing Chinese composition in different styles with relevant reading materials; translation from Chinese to English and from English to Chinese; Vocabulary building.
