Objectives
On completion of this module, students should have an overview of the nature of procurement management, its relevance to the management of programmes and of projects, including providing and understanding of alternative procurement strategies.The module also explores the relationship of procurement and contract strategy.
On completion of the module candidates should have the knowledge to select an appropriate procurement route and related procurement strategies, linked to business strategy and the structure of programmes and projects.

- Procuring programme of projects.
A case study, team based approach will be adopted, compliments formal lectures.
