This module aims to enable studetns to apply a multidisciplinary approach to the exploration of how managers utilise information and communications technologies to enhance the performance of their organisations. It draws on a variety of disciplines (including information systems, strategy, marketing, operations and human resources management).

Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this module students will be able to:
- Apply knowledge of the core concepts of electronic business in differing contexts
- Evaluate the importance of electronic business for individuals, organisations and society
- Critically analyse the likely implications of electronic business for different business sectors
- Critically evaluate barriers to the growth of electronic business
- Apply knowledge of how to exploit electronic business in a chosen organisation or business sector

Upon completion of this module students will be able to:
