Objectives
To develop the ability to relate theory to practice and critically explore issues and challenges in the work place.Learning outcomes
On completion of this module, students should be able to:
-Assist skilled practitioners at work and reflect on personal learning
-Work individually and with others to complete a relevant and agreed project or task
-Demonstrate a responsible approach to practice both when working with others and working unsupervised
-Demonstrate competence in managing self in the workplace
-Critically analyse significant incidents in the workplace.

Within a supervised structure, the students will have the opportunity to reflect and critically review existing service provision, and have the opportunity to consider what new services might be developed within the workplace.
-Opportunity to draw on ongoing work experience and to apply and test learning in the work setting.

Opportunities for Formative Feedback
