Objectives
By the end of this module, students should be able to:1) Competently identify, state and analyse concepts, principles and rules of land law.
2) Utilise appropriate terminology and reasoning to produce a coherent legal account of issues relating to land law.
3) Recognise the political, economic and social contexts in which land law has developed, and continues to develop.
4) Acknowledge and reflect upon the different intellectual perspectives that have been applied to land law.
5) Identify, locate and critically evaluate legal research in the area of land law.
6) Demonstrate the ability to speak confidently, clearly and cogently about land law within a group environment.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the module, students should have a knowledge of the key concepts, principles and rules in land law.
