Objectives

On completion of this module, students will be able to critically discuss:
- Authority and bureaucracy
- The changing nature of professional roles and identities
- The context of changes in the workforce for children and lifelong learning
- The leadership qualities debate
- Issues in the identification and measurement of leadership skills
