Objectives
On completion of this module students will have carried out an in-depth review of the application of fundamental scientific principles to the study of a given problem in food research.Syllabus
Students will be given a choice of subjects which are topics in current food research. The aim of the training will be to define the scope of the review and to provide an authoritative account of specific aspects, eg: methodology, strengths and weakness of chosen approaches, relevant advances in understanding.
