Objectives

- To identify and execute a work-related research project
- To evaluate the literature of the chosen subject area
- To apply appropriate methods of research and evaluate their effectiveness
- To evaluate the effectiveness of the final product

Learning outcomes
On completion of the module students will have a knowledge of:
- the key concepts of their chosen topic;
- the use, application and evaluation of a variety of research methods;
- the skills of analysing, synthesising and presenting information in an appropriate format.

Private study

Students will identify the literature on their chosen subject & analyse & synthesize key ideas and concepts. They will plan and conduct research and present the findings in an agreed format.

Opportunities for Formative Feedback
