There is no re-sit available for module failure as a result of not completing 195 days of placement. If there is a module failure due to the coursework component (module reports etc) re-submission of coursework is possible. It is recognised that completion of tripartite agreements requires input from the university, the host company and the student. In cases where it has not been possible to complete a tripartite agreement for a specific placement then mitigating circumstances may be considered, but students must demonstrate their responsibility and efforts in attempting to complete the agreement process.
