Private study

Independent online learning: A range of resources from the 'Interactive Physiology' and 'PhysioEx' series will be used to back up lecture material.

Students will fill in workbooks each week, based on lectures, online material, and private reading. Understanding will be checked by weekly online formative tests, for which feedback will automatically be provided, and in tutorials.

Opportunities for Formative Feedback

Weekly on-line formative tests and fortnightly tutorials related to worksheets, will ensure satisfactory progress throughout the module. Module manager and lecturers will be notified of students failing such assessments, so that additional support can be provided.
