Objectives
To continue development of psychotherapeutic counselling skills towards qualified practitioner status.Learning outcomes
1) Demonstrate a facilitative relationship with clients sufficient to be an independent practitioner
2) Demonstrate advanced self and intersubjective awareness (critical self-reflection) in counselling relationships in supervision and in session, and tying understanding to theory
3) Demonstrate advanced critical reflection on self and in relation to others in personal development group, supervision and in personal therapy
4) Critically reflect on HOW THE personal development group has advanced your self and intersubjective understanding in your clinical practice
Skills outcomes
Students will be expected to demonstrate critical processing of psychotherapeutic counselling relationships from practice and within supervision, and a continuing critical reflexivity of self awareness sufficient to commence independent practice.

- Creative approaches to clinical practice
- Developing skills of 'reverie' and reflection
- Evaluating clinical outcomes in supervision
- Gender, sex & sexuality in the therapeutic relationship
- Group learning and personal awareness development
- Group and individual external supervision of clinical practice
- Further personal therapy, supervision & advanced skills practice towards a 'transcript of clinical experience'.

There is no compensation between these assignments, all elements must be passed. Material included in the portfolio will be accumulated throughout the student's practice (logs and practice provider feedback) or be supplied by the external supervisor (report) and personal therapist (confirmation) so does not constitute additional assignment load.
