Objectives
On completion of this module, students will:- understand more fully the pathophysiology of neurological disease in childhood;
- be aware of recent advances and controversies in the investigation and management of these conditions.
Syllabus
This module addresses recent advances in the understanding of normal and abnormal neurology.
We look at the new tools for investigating neurological function and review the management of some common neurological problems, including epilepsy and head injury.
