Objectives

On completion of this module, students should be able to: undertake and manage a post-graduate dissertation project; identify sources and resources; manage time effectively; construct research strategies.

Syllabus

This module builds upon the research skills developed in semester one, with a focus on preparing and refining the dissertation project, locating necessary research materials and developing a detailed research timeline so as to be able to benefit most profitably from individual dissertation supervisions and the period of independent work over the summer.
