The LLM in Intellectual Property Law is an advanced, interdisciplinary postgraduate course designed to provide international and comparative perspectives on intellectual property law and policy.

Compulsory modules in Postgraduate Legal Research Skills, Trade Marks, Geographical Indications, Designs and Trade Secrets, Patent Law and Copyright Law enable you to develop legal research and writing skills, culminating in an independent piece of research on your chosen topic, the Dissertation. Optional modules offer a further range of specialisations, including trade, competition, cyber, and tax law.
