Programme specification:

The programme will provide students with the opportunity to combine the critical and creative aspects of the discipline of social policy within the policy area of crime. Students will study crime from the policy perspective and this will provide them with the conceptual understanding required for future employment within a number of areas related to crime and criminal justice.

Although we anticipate initial recruitment to this programme to be small we hope that the programme will prove to be a popular choice in the future and act to reinvigorate interest in the social policy discipline.
