- Undertake independent research and construct legal argument in the appropriate form; and
- Work independently to prescribed timescales, including contributing in seminar discussions to the critical evaluation of issues relating to International Law.
The distinctiveness of the programme lies in its coherent provision of postgraduate level study in the area of International Law. Students on this programme will develop a specialised and detailed knowledge of the law concerning international law.
Further, the development of research skills in public international law is central to the design of the programme, in particular the module concerning 'Legal Research Skills'.
