Programme specification:
The LLM in International Business Law (formerly known as European and International Business Law) enables students to develop knowledge and skills in relation to the legal rules regulating business activity in the UK and Europe, and at a global level. It enables our graduates to pursue careers in legal practice, or the public service, or any career where success is built upon the ability to understand, analyse and respond to developments in international business law.

Any student who has not studied Company Law, or who has done so, but not in a common law jurisdiction, must select Corporate Law (LAW 5550M) as an option in Semester One.
