Part-time students who complete sufficient credits in the relevant modules may be eligible for a Postgraduate Certificate (ARTF5551M) or Postgraduate Diploma (ARTF5551M, ARTF5007M, ARTF5994M & ARTF5995M).

Total credits: 180

Entry requirements:

Minimum of 2:1 at Undergraduate level in an appropriate subject area or equivalent experience and portfolio.

Programme specification:

The programme will:

- be unique in its positioning within a cross-disciplinary school of practice, history and theory with the potential to draw upon a broad range of subject specialists through its module array;

- be attractive to potential applicants who wish to have the opportunity to engage in collaborative practices, networks and discourses within the School, the Faculty of PVAC and generally with students, researchers, academics and Visiting Fellows university-wide;

- have the advantage of access to a broad range of university facilities, libraries and special collections;

- provide a Visiting Speaker programme of artists, curators, writers and critics from around the world;

- be taught by academics who are themselves nationally and internally recognised artists, curators and writers;

- be engaged and located within a thriving city-wide group of artists’ networks, galleries and studio organisations.
