Entry requirements:

- A good quality bachelors degree usually in the social sciences or equivalent qualification and relevant experience.
- Applications with a good quality degree from a non social science background will also be considered.
- Applicants whose first language is not English will need to attain an IELTS overall test score of 7.0 with no less than 7.0 in writing and speaking and 6.5 in listening and reading, or equivalent (e.g. TOEFL).

Programme specification:

Our graduates will:

1. Understand the main principles and developments in Human Resource Management in different employment situations.

2. Be equipped to understand the diverse range of influences on people management in a global business environment

3. Have an understanding of the role and impact of HR policies at an organisational level and of their consequences for different stakeholders.

4. Have an advanced understanding of the range of methods and analytical techniques available to HRM researchers and practitioners and the intellectual, ethical and research skills to apply these techniques to address applied research issues

5. Display interpersonal, analytical and people management skills commensurate with a role as an HR professional
