The International Foundation Year – Business Route programme offers an opportunity to those international students who have the potential and motivation to succeed, but who do not yet have the formal qualifications required for entry to level 1 of a University of Leeds business-related undergraduate degree programme.

It is a one-year foundation year (level 0) programme taught at National Qualification Framework (NQF) level 3.

This level 0 programme provides a firm grounding in the subjects required for the students’ intended undergraduate degree programmes. Those who successfully complete level 0 progress to level 1 of one of a wide range of business-related undergraduate degree programmes offered by the University of Leeds. For a list of these degree programmes please see the International Foundation Year website.
