Year 3

Learning outcomes

On completion of the year, International Placement students should have provided evidence of having:
- increased their competence in experimental design, methodology, data handling and presentation;
- broadened their knowledge in specific areas of chemistry, mathematics and/or related subject(s);
- a knowledge of the culture, institutions and working practices of another country;
- acquired language skills in countries where the medium of academic instruction is not English.

Assessment

International Placements are assessed according to the methods and criteria applied by the host institution to its own students.
