Learning outcomes

Assessment
Achievement will be assessed by a variety of methods in accordance with the learning outcomes of the modules specified for the year/programme and will include:- demonstrating the knowledge and application of concepts, information and techniques relevant to the discipline;- demonstrating the ability to construct an argument;- demonstrating knowledge of two disciplines;- demonstrating the ability to be critical of scholarly work.Achievement will be assessed by a variety of methods in accordance with the learning outcomes of the modules specified for the year/programme and will include:- demonstrating the knowledge and application of a broad range of concepts, information and techniques relevant to the area of study;- work that is often descriptive in nature but drawing on a wide variety of material;- demonstrating basic professional competencies relevant to the discipline;- the ability to evaluate critical opinions.
