2. examine the legal (local and international) context of the construction and property industries (CIOB Learning Outcome C)
3. demonstrate the relevance of construction management in the achievement of sustainable construction and low/zero carbon environments. (CIOB Learning Outcome G)
4. demonstrate technical knowledge and critical awareness of modern methods and technological innovations and their integration with current and future operations of construction management. (CIOB Learning Outcome B, G)

-Formative feedback around the individual assignments, as a drop-in clinic which will be held prior to coursework submissions for students to attend and ask questions about their work and progress.
Formative feedback will not involve reviewing drafts of significant parts of the work or pre-checking of the entire work or any of its parts. Students can ask specific questions.
