Module summary
This is a capstone module that provides students with an opportunity to bring together what they have learnt on the taught part of the programme by undertaking a major people or human resource analytics research project that they undertake independently with the guidance of an academic supervisor. Objectives
The aim of the module is for students to learn the key concepts of business and management research methods and to plan, research and deliver a human resource analytics project. The module provides an opportunity to apply and synthesise knowledge and skills developed in the taught part of the programme.Learning outcomes
