This module covers problem identification and solution development, in terms of policy, engineering and evaluation, as well as covering more broad topics of human capacity and limitations. Objectives
This module aims to- Establish a sound understanding of road safety issues associated with different road environments and road user groups
- Deliver an understanding of how road safety interventions can reduce crash likelihood and severity
- Develop student’s ability to identify crash patterns and apply appropriate solutions to tackling road safety issues.
