This module aims to empower students to enhance their own personal and professional skills according to their individual career stage giving useful tools and techniques to apply independently as well as signposting additional support and extension activities.Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this module students will be able to:
- Identify, evaluate and classify the main characteristics, skills sets, personality traits and possible career paths of the international business practitioner
- Evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses and apply this knowledge to plan how they might improve
- Select and deploy appropriate strategies to give and receive effective feedback
- Undertake self-evaluation to set appropriate and relevant career-related goals and plan actions to achieve these
