Objectives

On completion of this module, students will be able to demonstrate finding sources of information, organisation of information and preparation of a written report and an oral presentation.

Learning outcomes
On completion of this module, students will be able to
- demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of a topic in biodiversity and conservation;
- demonstrate skills in the appropriate use of library and web resources;
- write a clear, coherent and detailed report of their project;
- deliver a clear oral presentation of their findings.

Syllabus

The student will investigate a current issue in the area of biodiversity and conservation using all available sources of information. This project may take the form of a literature review, a systematic review or meta-analysis, or other written report format appropriate to the topic.
