Objectives
The module will provide students with opportunities to develop further their knowledge of biological concepts acquired in LLLC 1400 through the application of this knowledge to consideration of:-a range of healthcare interventions and scenarios;
-the challenge of healthcare acquired infections;
-ethics and healthcare practice;
-the significance of the mind in health.

Students will develop knowledge of how biological concepts inform critical understanding of :
-healthcare practice, procedures and therapies,
-healthcare acquired infections
-the significance of the mind in health
-the ethics of healthcare practice.
