Programme specification:

The programme will:
- give the candidates a higher level of generic and transferable skills;
- give the candidates better understanding of the principles of environmental engineering within an engineering framework;
- familiarise engineers with the problems encountered and the techniques which are employed in the selection, design, construction and operation of environmental engineering schemes;
- encourage a positive approach to working with and achieving realistic environmental performace standards;
- provide a better understanding of the project life-cycle and development of the collaborative skills necessary to service the key elements of environmental engineering projects.
