Assessment

In year 2, students receive categorical marks for their work. In this year there is a greater emphasis on external working and in some modules students receive feedback on their ideas from external partners. This feedback helps students to develop their assignments in ways that both meet learning outcomes and has clear relevance outside of the university context. An element of autonomy is developed in the approach to assessment in year 2, with students having choice around the kind of assignments they will create or respond to.
