Subject Specific Learning Outcomes:
1. Integrate comprehensive knowledge of theatre, performance, and enterprise to lead projects.
2. Critically engage with and apply a range of theoretical perspectives within the cultural industries.
3. Develop and execute a research-based project with an innovative approach.
4. Navigate the uncertainties and ambiguities within the discipline to produce creative solutions.
Year 3 -
Skills Learning Outcomes:
1. Operate autonomously and collaboratively to achieve complex creative and entrepreneurial goals.
2. Critically evaluate and adapt to the evolving demands of the cultural industries.
3. Foster professional competencies in line with recent developments in the field.

Assessment

The assessment of learning outcomes and skills at level 3 builds on previous years, with students demonstrating greater independence in their approaches to assessment through modules. Many assessment points require students to work independently in research-based projects, bringing together knowledge and skills developed through the programme that allow students a greater degree of choice or to take different assessment pathways depending on their interests and strengths. Student assessment typically includes group practical presentations, group performance-making, and independent essay and report assignments.
