Learning outcomes

- understand , demonstrate and critically evaluate coherent and detailed subject knowledge and professional competencies some of which will be informed by recent research/scholarship in the field of cardiological science;
- deploy accurately, standard techniques of analysis and enquiry within the field of cardiological science;
- demonstrate a conceptual critical understanding, which enables the development and sustaining of an argument;
- critically evaluate particular aspects of recent research and/or scholarship;
- appreciate the uncertainty, ambiguity and limitations of knowledge in cardiological science and how this affects diagnosis and therapy. ;
- make appropriate use of scholarly reviews and primary sources by comparing g, contrasting and critically evaluating. ;
